Summary

Tiempo is free and has no accounts or sign-up. We do not collect, store or sell personal data, we use no analytics or tracking, and we show no third-party ads.

1. Controller and app

App: Tiempo - Pronóstico y Widget (Google Play, ID com.tiempometeo.weather; on iOS published as Tiempo Radar).
Developer on Google Play: Seguratech_Gabor (Seguratech).
Legal entity (controller): Infinity Advance SL (VAT B09669714), Calle de Santa Isabel, 1-3 y 5, 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid), Spain.
Contact: info@seguratech.es · info@nuvvu.eu.

2. Location

If you allow it, the app uses your device's location to show the weather where you are. Coordinates are sent only to the weather services listed below to request the forecast and are never stored on any server of ours. You can use the app without location permission by searching for a city.

3. Data stored on your device

Your favourite places, settings (units, alerts) and the latest forecast are kept only on your phone so the app and widgets work offline. They are deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Third-party services

Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com): forecast, air quality, pollen and city search.
US National Weather Service (api.weather.gov): official alerts, US locations only.
RainViewer and OpenFreeMap: rain radar imagery and base map.

These services receive the request (coordinates or city name and the technical IP address of the connection) to return the data, and are governed by their own policies.

5. Notifications

Rain alerts, the morning summary and weather warnings are computed on the device. We use no push servers or device identifiers.

6. Links

The app contains a link to seguratech.es. It only opens if you tap it, and that site's policy then applies.

7. Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

Since we process no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct or delete in our systems. For any question write to info@nuvvu.eu.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
